Lucknow: Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya assured the complainants who came for Janta Darshan that every possible solution will be found for every person’s every problem. He instructed the officials to provide quick and satisfactory solution to the problem of every complainant. He instructed that the problems should be resolved completely.
Accountability of the concerned should be fixed for solving the problems. He said that the cases of harassment, illegal occupation of land should be solved with utmost seriousness and sensitivity and strict action should be taken wherever needed.
Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya was meeting people from different districts at his camp office -7 Kalidas Marg and listening to their problems.
During the public hearing, he listened to the problems of each person with full seriousness and gave instructions to the concerned officials to resolve the problems. He has also instructed the concerned officials that the problems should be resolved in such a way that the problematic person remains completely satisfied and he does not have to wander anywhere again and again and does not have to make rounds again and again.
He heard the problems and complaints of women, disabled people, elderly people etc. and gave necessary directions to the concerned officials to solve them on priority basis at a fast pace.
People from different districts of the state raised various problems related to land dispute, accidents, illegal occupation, education, health, housing allotment, getting possession of land, removing encroachment, road construction, electricity, arrest of accused, harassment etc. in Janta Darshan.
The Deputy Chief Minister himself went to the complainants and heard the problems of each person by communicating with them directly.
Hundreds of people from about 3 dozen districts including Gautam Buddha Nagar, Pratapgarh, Shahjahanpur, Kanpur Dehat, Agra, Auraiya, Moradabad, Farrukhabad, Hardoi, Pilibhit, Sitapur, Aligarh, Prayagraj, Bareilly, Basti Jalaun, Mirzapur, Firozabad, Badaun, Jaunpur, Kaushambi, Amethi, Deoria, Saharanpur, Azamgarh, Ambedkarnagar, Etawah, Bareilly came and raised their problems in Janta Darshan.
Deputy Chief Minister Shri Keshav Prasad Maurya spoke to the District Officers of Agra, Kanpur Nagar and Deoria, Superintendents of Police of Pilibhit and Hardoi and senior officials of the government over the phone and gave appropriate instructions regarding the resolution of problems.
